As we take time out to go within there is space to re-set to our inner compass, and opportunity to release what we are ready to shed as well as build the courage to step more fully into what we do desire and dream of.

I cannot think of a better place to be nourished as we do this work than my beloved Ashiyana, a place I truly feel is like home away from home with such beauty as well as welcoming atmosphere and lovely people. There is the perfect balance of things to do when you feel like it as well as lots of space to simply unwind and just be, whether swinging in a hammock between the palms or relaxing on the beach.
